TEAMPLAY AI · BETA POLICY
Privacy Notice
This notice explains what the TeamPlay AI beta processes and how that information is handled.
Effective: August 11, 2026
1. Information we process
For guest use, usage counts and basic connection data may be processed. Google sign-in provides basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. For signed-in users, rooms, prompts, AI responses, feedback, and usage records may be stored.
2. Why we use it
We use information to provide the service, save and restore conversations, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, improve features, and understand service usage.
3. Personal API keys
Personal API keys are validated server-side and stored using AES-256-GCM encryption. The plaintext key is not displayed again after connection. You can remove a stored key by disconnecting it.
4. Third-party services
Prompts and necessary conversation context are sent to the selected AI provider to generate a response. The service may use Google sign-in, Vercel hosting, a PostgreSQL database, and Rybbit analytics, each subject to its own policies.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide the service. Signed-in users can delete conversation rooms and disconnect personal API keys. You may request additional deletion by email. Information required for legal obligations or security response may be retained for the applicable period.
6. Your choices
You can use the basic service without signing in. Signed-in users can delete saved rooms, disconnect API keys, and contact us about their personal information.
7. Security and contact
We apply reasonable safeguards in transit and at rest, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Privacy questions or deletion requests: rebecca29053@gmail.com
This is a beta-stage policy draft and may be updated before commercial launch.
